LGI is the best-kept secret in SW Florida, maybe in the country! Little Gasparilla Island is very peacefully removed from the hustle and bustle of Florida. Enjoy over 7 miles of white, sandy beach that is essentially a private for you and your family. The home has EVERYTHING you need for your dream vacation with family.

There is no bridge to the island, and NO cars are allowed- only golf carts! Come to the island with your own boat or take the water taxi to our community dock.

** GROUND LEVEL **
As you walk up to the house, you will be greeted with a sprawling open deck that is completely covered, underneath the home.

- Outdoor Kitchen: Fully equipped with mini fridge (full fridge right next to kitchen in the shed), the grill is an advanced gas-briquet-ceramic convection range and is covered

- Seating Area and Outdoor Showers: Relax in the hammock or seating area, outside but out of the sun. Full shower after a full day at the beach, also a little foot shower for getting the sand off before heading in.
- More: Basketball hoop, shed with beach gear like umbrellas, 8 chairs, skimboards and toys.
- Elevator: Currently down due to hurricane damages

The house has 5 bedrooms:

** MAIN LEVEL **

- Entrance: As you walk in you are greeted into a spacious, open concept living-dining-kitchen space. Wet bar and stairs to the Upper Level to your right.

- Living Room: Open and airy with a large sectional, fireplace and Roku Smart TV. This is a cozy and tastefully updated space to gather, enjoy one of the many games provided, and have family movie night.

- Kitchen: Fully equipped and stocked kitchen with commercial-grade appliances. Traditional drip coffee, and Keurig. Large island with bar top seating. Kitchen sink and wet bar both have reverse osmosis drinking water faucets.

- Dining Area: Dining table that seats 8, and the bar top that seats 5. Plenty of seating for everyone to enjoy drinks and meals.

- Screened In Deck: Hot Tub, Seating Area, and Dining Table. This deck wraps around the entire Main level of the home.

- Bedrooms on Main level:
1) Queen bed, dresser, walk-in closet, Ensuite full bathroom with tiled shower, smart TV.
2) Queen bed, dresser, closet.
3) Two bunk beds (Sleeps 4), kid’s toy bench, closet

The hallway full bathroom is central to these 3 bedrooms, the elevator, and the laundry room.

** MASTER SUITE / SECOND LEVEL **
Up a set of stairs from the main level is the Master Suite.

- Office: Next to the Master Bedroom is an office for those looking to get some work done. There is also a nice Daybed, with trundle for overflow sleeping for 2 in this room.

- Master Bedroom: With a separate temperature control, this master bedroom is all newly furnished with Tommy Bahama. Walk-in closet. A large double vanity, walk-in shower with bench seat, separate jetted bathtub with window, and behind another door is the toilet and traditional bidet.

- Master Deck and Eagle’s Perch: Walk out of the Master bedroom onto the 3rd deck of the home, with another seating area. Go up to the Eagle’s Perch and enjoy one of the highest perches on the island, 360* views overlooking the Gulf of Mexico with an unobstructed view of the sunset.

** THE ISLAND **
- Boat Dock: We have a community dock on the bay side, #82, that always has room. You can leave your boat docked or have the water taxi drop you off there. There are carts to transport your things from the dock down the path to the house. There is also an on-island taxi service with our friend Bret!

- Beach: 7 miles of untouched, beautiful sandy beaches and only the people staying on the island (nearly private!). Many guests find shark teeth and sand dollars easily. You can easily walk to our beach access point.

- Golf Cart: With your rental comes a 4 or 6 person electric golf cart to explore the island and bring your things to the beach.

- Groceries: There is a grocery delivery service that will shop and deliver items into our fridge ahead of your stay! If you choose to bring groceries yourself, there is a Publix right up the road from the marina.

- Restaurants: There are NO restaurants on the island. There is however a local who makes brick-oven pizzas to order and will deliver (via golf cart!). There are many restaurants on Boca Grande, the island just to the south. You can boat there or drive just 5-10 minutes from the marina to many great dining options.

No pets (any size) allowed- thank you for understanding.

Please note we do take a $700 security deposit hold that is automatically released after your stay for all reservations.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Forty-seven percent (47.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
